Terms of service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Emailrs is a desktop mail and calendar client developed by Arda Uzun as a personal project and offered free of charge, under the MIT license.
Using Emailrs
- You may use Emailrs with accounts you own or are allowed to use.
- You remain bound by the terms of your mail, calendar and AI providers (for example Google's, Microsoft's and Yahoo's), and are responsible for how you use your accounts through Emailrs.
- The AI features are optional. When you turn them on, you choose the provider and accept its terms; you are responsible for any charges it bills you.
No warranty
Emailrs is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any loss of data, missed messages or other damage arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law. Keep backups of mail that matters to you — Emailrs helps with that, but cannot guarantee it.
Privacy
How Emailrs handles your data is described in the privacy policy.
